The Indonesian Embassy in Stockholm presented the event "Indonesian Cultural Night" in Gothenburg on the 28th of October at the National Museum of World Culture.

The event showcased a variety of traditional dances.


Two times a year Verre Reizen event is held at a very special location in Antwerpen and The Hague.

During this event many travel agencies and touroperators are present to promote their travel destinations.

InaDance welcomed the guest with a traditional Indonesian dance in Antwerpen on the 9th of October and in The Hague 22nd and 23rd of Oct.


The Pelita Foundation is committed to people from the former Dutch East Indies who left for the Netherlands after the Second World War because of Indonesian independence.

Their collective services are aimed at promoting mutual contact and identifying possible requests for help in a timely manner. This is done through their various meetings and events in the country.

On the 2nd of October The Pelita Day was held in Breda.


The Amazing Asia Festival started 4 years ago with originally only the Thai Festival in different locations in Belgium.

From 21-24 of July this festival held their first edition of The Amazing Asia Festival and it was a succes.

InaDance performed the Balinese dance Tari Cendrawasih as the opening act on Sunday the 24th of July.

For the first time after Corona the Pelita Foundation in Hilversum organised their first event 'Indisch & Molukse middag' at Lopes Dia in Hilversum.

InaDancers Amina & Amalia performed 3 dances, Tari Merak, Payung and the Tari Kembang Girang from Bali.

 


I Asia tells the story of 'All Asians are alike' along the works of Armando Ello, Kevin Kwee, Ruijun Luong and Tetsuro Miyazaki. It tells the story about Asian identity, about self-discovery, about building bridges and about being seen.

Association PAC presents the exhibition ´I Asia´.

Different makers who enter into conversations with different Asians from their communities. Dutch and Belgian makers who each portray a series of people in order to start beautiful dialogues about who they are, about the meaning of identity, about being Asian.

InaDance performed at the opening of the talkshow which was held at the OBA theater in Amsterdam on the 15th of June.


The association of ´Inisiatip´sets itself the goal of promoting sports, leisure, cultural and social activities in the broadest sense and it seeks to achieve this goal by encouraging, organizing, and coordinating all kinds of activities and other lawful means that may be conductive to this end.

More than three quarters of the members are Peranakan Chinese, which means descendants of immigrants from Southern China who have settled in the Dutch East Indies over the course of more than 5 centuries. 

On the 11th of June this assocation celebrated their 45th anniversay in Rijswijk.

InaDance performed 2 dances with Amina Tanoewidjaja, Jane Samosir and Manuela Biesheuvel.


InaDancers Amina Tanoewidjaja, Jane Samosir and Manuela Biesheuvel were invited to perform at a private wedding party in Hoek van Holland with the Tari Cendrawasih from Bali as the opening ceremony.

 


On the 18th of May the Masoek Sadja gathering took place in Bergen op Zoom.

Masoek Sadja is a monthly event that is organized by Pelita Foundation in different cities in The Netherlands.

Amina Tanoewidjaja performed three dances with her new students Nikita Wulandari and Sarah.


The 'Stichting Nusantara Zorg' is a culture-specific healthcare institution for the elderly people with a Dutch/Indonesian origin. 

It originated from various institutions that were ready in 1958 to receive the people who had come to the Netherlands because of the decolonization of Indonesia. These people were getting older and needed care and nursing.

On the 13th of April Stichting Nusantara in Apeldoorn renewed and opened their kitchen with a festive occasion.

Among the attendees were the reseidents of Nusantara and their families and friends.

InaDance performed three dances at this event with Amina Tanoewidjaja and Amallia Beneder.


On the 11th of April The Indonesian Embassy organized the theme 'Wonderful Indonesia - Tourism now' at Mariott Hotel in The Hague for a private party.

The Indonesian ambassador of the Netherlands (Mr. Mayerfas) welcomed the guests with a speech about the rich culture and tradition of Indonesia.

InaDance performed an opening dance by Amina Tanoewidjaja and Amallia Beneder.

The event ended with a Maumere and Poco-Poco dance lead by InaDance where guests can dance along together.

On the 3rd of April the "Lentefeest" is held at Fokker Event Centre in Hoofddorp.

This yearly event is a reunion of old Canisius College students in Europe.

InaDance performed two dances with Amina Tanoewidjaja and Putri Wulansari.

After the Indonesian dance performance, Amallia also performed a Tahitian dance.


From the 27th to 29th of March the Food Expo 2022 took place in Herning.

This is the largest food fair in the Nordic region, where you can be inspired by all the latest in food service, retail, hotel and restaurant. It is one of the most important meeting places for professionals within the food industry.

The Embassy of Indonesia in Copenhagen participated during this event at the Indonesian booth, where there are varied Indonesian products such as processed food, coffee, nuts, and spices. 

InaDance was invited by Dini's Restaurant (based in Horsens) to perform at the Indonesian Booth.
